DW32 BODY CONTROL PILATES

Alexander will be presenting again at the Body Control Pilates annual development weekend. Two lectures entitled “The Mindful Mandilble” which are designed to bring awareness to Pilates instructors of the benefits of voice and body work. It will aim to educate the teachers on the benefit of Pilates in relation to Jaw stress and offer exercises that will assist in their own practice and teaching. Alexander was introduced to Pilates 20 years ago by Angela at the Voice and Body Centre in Southampton. He trained and qualified with Body Control 2014.
